July Is Customer Appreciation Month at USA Quickprint

At USA Quickprint, July is all about celebrating the people who make our business possible: our customers.

All month long, we will be handing out free gifts with each order as a small way to show our appreciation for the customers, businesses, organizations, and neighbors who continue to trust us with their printing.

For us, customer appreciation is not just a monthly theme. It is part of who we are.

In our front lobby, we have four signs that have become part of our roots:

“Rule No. 1: If we don’t take care of the customer, someone else will.”

“We cannot spell success without you.”

“It takes months to gain a customer and seconds to lose them.”

“The customer is the final inspector.”

These words have guided us for years, and they continue to remind us why every order matters. Whether we are printing business cards, flyers, forms, booklets, signs, banners, invitations, or everyday copies, we know that the final product represents more than ink on paper. It represents your business, your event, your message, your family, your organization, or your next big idea.

Every order, every referral, every kind word, and every bit of trust you place in us helps keep our front doors open.

We believe strongly in local sustainability and the importance of small businesses supporting small businesses. When you choose a local print shop, you are doing more than placing an order. That support means more than we can fully put into words.

Annual Summer Vacation Closure 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

USA Quickprint will be closed for our annual summer vacation from June 29 through July 3, 2026, allowing our hardworking team a well-deserved opportunity to rest and recharge. We will reopen on Monday, July 6, 2026.

To help ensure your printing projects are completed on time, please plan ahead:

  • Please place orders by June 17, 2026, whenever possible to receive them by June 26, 2026.
  • If you know you’ll need printing but do not yet have all the details, contact us with as much information as possible so we can reserve space on our production schedule.
  • Orders submitted by email or voicemail during our closure will be completed for pickup by July 10, 2026, or sooner when possible.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Please contact us today about any upcoming projects you need before our vacation.

2025 Holiday Hours

We will be closed from December 25, 2025 through January 2, 2026 so our team can enjoy the holidays with their families. Normal business hours will resume after January 2.

To ensure your materials are completed before year-end, any projects needed by January 2, 2026 should be submitted by December 12, 2025. Rush requests after that date will be handled as our schedule allows. If you do not have the project ready to go, could you give us a heads-up so we can plan accordingly?

Closed the first week of July.

USA Quickprint will be closed the first week of July this year. This is the first time we are closing for a week in the summer, to give our employees a week off to rejuvenate.
 
Please plan ahead if you can. We will be closed from July 3rd to July 7th, returning back to the office on July 10th.
 
▶️ If you have any upcoming printing needs that you are aware of, please place your order by June 21st to receive it by June 30th.
 
▶️ If you are unsure of all the details but know you will be in need of printing, please share as much about your job so we can add you to the print schedule.
 
▶️ You are welcome to send orders via email or leave a phone message with us during this week. Any orders placed while we are closed will be due for pick up on July 14th or sooner.

We continue to add products daily! Contact us for a quote if you cannot find what you seek. This new online store is packed with features to enhance your order experience and relationship with USA Quickprint!

We can now upload YOUR company-specific PRODUCTS with your PRICES to this online store, creating a unique storefront for your company. For existing customers, contact us for details!

SmartCanvas Designer allows you to create, edit, and upload your artwork when placing an order. It also allows us to create brand-specific products and templates for you!

Any product using SmartCanvas Designer will provide real-time on-screen proof, allowing us to provide quicker service!

For the popular products and quantities, prices are available on screen!

We hope you are as excited about this new online store as we are. This is only the beginning! We will continue to migrate to this new process and continually add products daily, so keep checking back.

What is to come in 2023?

This year we will be starting a new tradition. We will be closed the first week of July to give our staff a summer vacation. With our vacations planned for the first week of July and the last week of December, our staff will be able to better serve you throughout the year. Here is a complete list of dates we will be closed and our normal business hours. Please mark your calendars and plan accordingly. We will do our best to continue to remind you of this change as the new year progresses!

Update: Our parking lot will be closed….

Our parking lot will be closed April 19th – 22nd for some repairs.
If you have a job that needs picked up, you can park on the street and call us when you arrive. Or we also have FREE delivery.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We should be back to normal on April 23 with improved parking.

UPDATE – OUR FRONT LOBBY IS OPEN!!!!

OUR FRONT LOBBY IS NEAR COMPLETE AND OPEN TO YOU.

Back in the spring of 2020 we incurred some water damage. Our front lobby is almost complete, however we have unlocked the front door. You are welcome to stop in and visit us again.

We are still adhering to social distancing, so you will still need a mask and one person at a time.
