Envelopes

A Regular Envelope is a standard-size stationery envelope without a window. We offer both standard and custom regular envelopes. The three most popular sizes are:

- #10 (4-1/8" x 9-1/2")
- #9 (3-7/8" x 8-7/8")
- #6-3/4 (3 5/8 x 6 1/2)

They open along the top side with a diagonal seam. We offer full-color, black-and-white, or custom PMS inks printed on the paper of your choice. Paper options include the typical 24lb. white wove, along with many other paper weights, colors, and paper finishes (laid, linen, felt, and vellum). Other envelope paper features to consider are peel & seal, self-sealing, and security tint.

These envelopes are ideal for direct mail, invoices, statements, and other business correspondence.

A Window Envelope is a stationery envelope with a window. We offer both standard and custom window envelopes. The two most popular sizes are:

- #10 (4-1/8" x 9-1/2")
- #9 (3-7/8" x 8-7/8")

A standard window is placed on the left side; the envelope opens along the top side with a diagonal seam. We also have right-hand window envelopes and custom window positions to meet your needs. All window envelopes are full-color, black-and-white, or custom PMS inks printed on the paper of your choice. Paper options include the typical 24lb. white wove, along with many other paper weights, colors, and paper finishes (laid, linen, felt, and vellum). Other envelope paper features include peel & seal, self-sealing, and security tint.

These envelopes are ideal for invoices, statements, checks, and other business correspondence.

Booklet envelopes have a flap on the long side of the envelope, while Catalog envelopes have a flap on the short side. For example, a 9” x 12” Booklet envelope has a flap on the 12” side and a 9” x 12” Catalog envelope has a flap on the 9” side. We can print in full color, black and white, or custom PMS colors. The standard weight of the paper used to make the envelopes is 24lb or 28lb bright white with or without security tint. Peel and Seal & standard gum closers are available. Booklet and Catalog envelopes come in several sizes with and without windows. While we do offer custom envelopes, the most common sizes we offer are:

- 6” x 9”
- 9” x 12”
- 10” x 13”

Booklet and Catalog envelopes are suitable for mailing various business documents such as marketing pieces, financial statements, catalogs, brochures, newsletters, and more.
