Booklets, catalogs, and programs help you share information in a format that feels organized, professional, and easy to keep. Use booklets to showcase products and services, explain processes, distribute training materials, or provide detailed information in a clean, readable layout. Create catalogs to present product lines, pricing, or seasonal offerings. Print programs for events and organizations, including conferences, ceremonies, performances, graduations, and services. We also produce manuals, handbooks, workbooks, and short-run self-published books for authors and businesses that need a polished, book-like finish.

We can produce your project in a variety of formats and binding styles, including saddle stitch (stapled), perfect-bound booklets, coil binding, comb binding, wire binding, and tape binding. Need an upgraded look? We also offer cover and finishing options, including gloss or matte lamination, velvet lamination, foil accents, and high-gloss finishes.

Booklets, catalogs, and programs have many variables that require custom quoting for each job. Size, number of pages, paper, quantity, and binding method are just a few factors that affect cost.

Saddle Stitch Booklets, Catalogs, & Programs (Stapled)

Saddle Stitch Booklets, Catalogs, & Programs (Stapled)

Saddle stitch is a binding method that uses staples along the spine of a booklet, catalog, or program. This is one of the most common and cost-effective formats for multi-page pieces, especially when you want a clean, professional booklet that lays open easily.

The most popular finished size is 8.5" x 11" (11" x 17" when open). We offer many standard and custom sizes, from small pocket-size booklets to larger catalog-size formats.
Saddle-stitched pieces are typically produced from 8 to 64 pages, with multiple paper options available. As page count increases, other binding methods may be a better fit for durability, thickness, and a more book-like finish.

Covers can be printed on the same stock as the inside pages or upgraded to a different cover stock. Coating and finishing options are available to enhance durability and presentation, including aqueous, matte, and velvet/soft-touch finishes.

We can produce a single booklet or large quantities, depending on your needs. Some options may vary for very small quantities.

Booklets, catalogs, and programs are a great way to organize a lot of information, whether you’re showcasing products, explaining services, training teams, or sharing event details.

Coil, Comb, Wire, & Tape Bound Booklets

Coil, Comb, Wire, & Tape Bound Booklets

Coil, comb, wire, and tape-bound booklets are durable formats designed for frequent use and easy handling. They’re available in a variety of sizes and can be bound in portrait or landscape orientation. Two popular finished sizes are 8.5" x 11" and 5.5" x 8.5".

Coil, comb, wire, and tape binding each offer different advantages depending on how your booklet will be used. Coil binding is flexible and durable for frequent page turning, comb binding is a cost-effective option for higher page counts, wire binding provides a clean, professional presentation that lays flat, and tape binding creates a neat square-spine look that works well for thicker manuals, workbooks, and reference booklets.

We offer multiple paper options and cover choices, including vinyl covers. Most bound booklets are printed double-sided, but single-sided printing is available as well.
Printing is available in full color, black and white, custom PMS ink colors, or a combination. If your booklet includes a few color pages but mostly black and white content, a mixed approach can be a practical option.

As a general guide, depending on paper thickness and cover selection, coil binding works well for approximately 5 to 290 pages, comb binding for approximately 5 to 425 pages, and wire binding for approximately 2 to 120 pages. Tape binding is also best for approximately 40 to 120 pages with 0.5" tape or 100 to 240 pages with 1" tape.

Coil, comb, wire, and tape-bound booklets are commonly used for presentations, reports, portfolios, workbooks, training materials, manuals, and larger reference booklets.

Perfect Bound Booklets

Perfect Bound Booklets

Perfect bound booklets provide a clean, professional, book-like finish with a square spine. This binding style is ideal for higher page counts and is commonly used for self-published books, manuals, training guides, workbooks, reports, and marketing catalogs.

Perfect binding offers a polished presentation that stacks well, feels durable in hand, and can support spine printing when the page count and thickness allow. A variety of interior paper options are available, and covers can be printed on durable cover stock to match the look and longevity you need.

Cover and finishing options include gloss or matte lamination, velvet lamination, foil accents, and high-gloss finishes for added impact and durability.

We can produce short runs or larger quantities depending on your project. Share your page count and how the piece will be used so we can recommend the most practical binding option.
